Advanced Program
- First of all complete the questionnaire, once that's been analyzed your results
and other relevant documents will be sent to you by email.
- Next comes the consultation. This consists of an explanation of your results
and all other documents that were sent, also I will go over the whole metabolic
typing program and how it affects you. This will usually take approximately 45 minutes.
- After that the program is split into eight segments, each of these is designed so
that you incorporate the system into your life style one step at a time. Once you've
fully understood and implemented the first part we will move on to the second, and
so forth until you've completed all eight of them. Each segment will usually last for one week however this can be extended if the need should arise, throughout this time I will be on hand to answer any questions.
- Once the program is complete you will have a very good understanding of how to integrate
the principles of metabolic typing into your life style, but if the need should
arise I will always be there to help.

- Eight program segments - £20.00 each
- Ongoing support after the advanced program is complete (should you require it) - £5.00 per week
